Order & Onboarding

Launch your project with a premium, studio-grade order flow.

Your order defines scope, timeline, and creative direction so we can reserve the right team and delivery window. The payment experience lives on our dedicated Payment page, ensuring the order and payment steps feel distinct yet tightly aligned.

Clients propose the project budget amount during order submission. To initiate scheduling and creative allocation, a 33.33% one-third deposit is required. The remaining balance is completed across three phases and must be fully paid before final delivery. Payment completion is handled through our dedicated Payment page, while key reminders may also appear on the main site for convenience.

Our artist categories are designed for premium delivery: Beginner for shorter, simpler scopes; Intermediate for more developed visual language; Advanced for complex, high-volume production. Projects above 5 minutes (300 seconds) automatically qualify as Advanced, with a maximum Advanced duration of 10 minutes (600 seconds). Orders beyond 10 minutes should contact support for custom arrangements.

Nearest delivery dates are scheduled based on already confirmed orders with deposits, so timelines depend on queue availability and scope confirmation.
